Why I Fundraise

Paul Choquette
Cousin to Charlotte (lives with CF) | Co-Organizer of Projet Trident (The Trident Project)
Charlotte is my cousin. We come from a close-knit, dynamic, and generous family, united by a deep love for sports and music. Charlotte embodies the spirit of our family. She radiates vitality, and her journey continues to inspire each of us. Cheerful, curious, and courageous, she stands out for her remarkable musical talents – both as a singer and a pianist. What moves me most about Charlotte is her unwavering determination never to let cystic fibrosis define her or hold her back. Her strength of character and unshakeable spirit enable her to face life’s challenges with remarkable resilience and calm.
Projet Trident was founded last summer by three friends united by a shared desire to surpass themselves, give back and inspire others. It is a long-distance running challenge created to push our physical and mental limits to the extreme, all while supporting causes that have deeply impacted our lives and the lives of those we love.
Being part of the Change Makers is, for me, much more than a commitment. It is a source of pride and deep motivation. It means belonging to a united, compassionate, and determined community that transforms hope into meaningful action. Together, we are advancing research, supporting those affected by cystic fibrosis, and most importantly, raising awareness for this rare disease.
There are no limits to what you can accomplish to support this community!
